No oil dipstick for 2009 S5s. Trust MMI?
My oil low warning light came on this weekend at minimum level through MMI. After driving around trying to find an autoparts that sells the special Audi approved synthetic. I filled it up with a quart and went to find the dipstick....there is none!? Checked it through MMI and I believe it said a quart brought it up to half max. A couple days later I checked again through MMI and now it says full? Not sure if engine temp is influencing it. It won't even come up through MMI unless engine has been running 2 minutes or so. Anyone else wondering if you should rely solely on MMI? Should we "dipstickless" try to order one?

I know its a stretch though...
but whenever i want to check my oil level i let all the internals drip for about 15min to get a more accurate reading. that could have influenced it.
im sure u didnt do this but also if the car isnt flat it will give you a false reading

late 2008 versions have no dipstick either...
... The oil reading shouldnt be considered accurate for the first 10 minutes of driving according to other posts I have seen.
