Our throttle is electronic and learns the driver as far as I know, but how do you "reteach" it...

Default Procedure in older Audis was to open the driver's door, turn the ignition on (but not the engine)...

... then leave the door open and the ignition on for longer than five-ish minutes.

Default ECU polls your driving behavior and adapts throttle response and other factors to your...

... behavior. It learns you. Resetting this gives you the stock calibration. Sometimes, this makes the car feel noticeably different.

Default Not sure which Audi you're talking about ...

but for A4 version, you also have to keep the gas pedal down for over a minute until you here clicking sound comes and goes.

Default You can "clear the memory" by doing a throttle body adaptation with a VAG-COM.

On the B6, there was supposedly a manual way of doing this, as described by Europa below. Not sure if this holds true on the B8.
