P0420 Code & CEL
Hi all. My CEL came on today during the morning commute. Did not observe any change in performance of the car once the CEL came on. Had the code scanned at Autozone on the evening commute. Error reads: P0420 Catalyst System (front) Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) PZEV only
I have a 2010 A5 2.0T with 82600 miles on the clock; it was purchased used about 2.5 weeks ago from Audi dealer. Have only put about 800 miles on it since the purchase.
A search of this and other forums only yielded results for other Audi models. Has anyone with an A5 gotten this error code? Any idea of the cause: bad O2 sensor, bad CAT?
