Quat,
I am getting some vibration above 65 mph with my wheels. I am not using the hub rings because they would not fit. I have yet to get an alignment but wondering if you are using your rings and what your experience was once you had your wheels fitted.

since I didn't have hub rings at first, (my choice - couldn't wait) I had to be careful when installing the bolts making sure the wheel was exactly centered. Not sure if you did this or not (otherwise) you'll want to keep the tire off the ground and carefully tighten down each of the bolts by hand and then used the cross pattern technique.
I purchased some rings a week later and installed them when my Stoptechs were mounted up and they were super tight. Could almost hold the wheel on the hub without using lugbolts. Is that the problem you are seeing with your rings also?

Sorry to hear man. Are they too small - meant for the standard Audi 57.1 size - and do they fit into the wheel itself?
You can get the rings pretty much anywhere, Tirerack, 1010 wheels.com I am actually looking at getting a second set of the brass rings from 1010 tires and ditching the plastic rings.

to fit my current wheels and of course 66.56 I.D. for our hubs. Maybe you received 57.1 (old size)?
Then again, My LS5s before were 73 OD and 57.1 ID. So I'd measure it to confirm. They seem to have different sizes in their line-up.
BTW - regarding your wheels. How much space between the rear caliper and your spokes? Also what size lips are you running?
