Default Since you have an R8 on order

The dealer should step up and honor the ED discount. I see you already have an R8 so maybe the dealer suspects you are taking advantage of the ED program and flipping cars....You have buying power, so you should talk to the GM and get it handled. my.02

Default Absolutely correct, the dealer gets additional allocation to replace the unit

There is no lost revenue. Plus he also gets the count for retail sales BPO objective

Default You can also open a case with Audi customer care,

The dealerships Area Executive will most likely get involved, especially since you are an R8 owner...

Default That is exactly opposite of what the Sales Manager told me...

He told me it wouldn't count for his BPO and that he would lose one slot for next years allocation.

Default The APR R8 is a show car, it's too pretty to drive every day..

I'll keep it until the other one comes.

Default You can get a good lawyer for $250/hr? I am reporting them to the bar.

The cheapest I can get is $315/hr.

Seriously, things should be made right here, someone is trying to pull a fast one.

Good luck with your litigation, better yet, good luck resolving the issue and enjoying your car(s).
