As careful as I am with my three-month old A5 (parking at the end of the lot, etc.) I have a yellow stain that I can't remove. It could have been from a bird or parking under a tree. My body/paint man says that I left it on too long and it turned to acid and went right through the clear coat and it can't be removed.
It's not terribly noticeable but still...
Any idea to remove this stain is appreciated.
P.S. I was a little nervous in getting a Manual Trans because of stop-and-go traffic but I love it after all these years with an auto.

I had a 2009 A-5 meteor gray and had a bird **** spot that could not be washed out. Used Griot Garage rubbing compound and took the spot off without seeming to affect the clear coat or the underlying pearl effect.
