Good stuff. Do the easy/cheaper stuff first.

I have the same issue for my 2010 Q5 3.2. Have you resolved this issue yet? Thanks.

You need a VAGcom scan to get Audi specific codes but here’s what I found about your generic code. P21A0 Engine Trouble Code - P21A0 OBD-II Diagnostic Powertrain (P) Trouble Code | Engine-Trouble-Code.com Apparently has to do with fuel air mixture. Lots of possibilities there from mass airflow sensor ( does the 3.2 run one?) to vacuum leaks to bad O2 sensors. Your mention of a new K&N air filter makes me suspicious. Over oiled K&N filters can contaminate MAFs. Good luck.
Read up too on the Carista app and Bluetooth scanner. I have that too and hardly ever have to resort to VAGcom.

Default Engine Light On - P21A0

Hey guys, my engine light has been on for a while and the code shows P21A0. At first I cleared code and it came back after few weeks. Now when I clear the code it comes back the next day.
I did some reseach on the code seems like it's an issue with the air/fuel mix ratio.
I tried put in a bottle of fuel injector cleaner into the gas tank and the light was off for a week then came back on again...

Any idea on how to solve this?

Thanks,
