Radio Volume Default?

Radio Volume Default?
Am I missing some setting on my 2013 S5? It seems that the radio volume level always default to "12 or 13" each time I star the car up. Is there anyway to set it - and keep it at a higher level..or is this just one of those things...like not being able to automatically get back to your "presets" each time you start the car?

I've learned to embrace it the stop/start levels. When I park with music blasting, I don't turn it down anymore when I leave the car, knowing it'll come back at a reasonable level.
