Recommended S5 oil

Doing an oil change on my S5, what is the recommended oil, cap says Castrol but i don't have the manual.

When in doubt.... Mobil 1 (or Amsoil) 0w-40 for your all year round oil.
Expensive oil yes, but common its does the car good.
