Remove 130mph limiter while on Euro delivery? Handheld programmer? Laptop program?

I don't think that vag-com is normally capable of removing the top speed limiter, but you won't need to do that anyway. 130 mph is plenty fast for a new A5. Ingolstadt recommended that I not go over 120 mph for the first 1000km on my S5, and I did that. However, it was very comfortable cruising at 110 mph for long stretches on my way to Belgium. Pick up a GPS that has speed camera detection included. Audi navigation doesn't work over there. The warnings went off about every half mile in Belgium and Netherlands. And obey the German speed limits. No more than 10km over reduced limits. If you have a chip placed on the A5 that changes the top speed limiter, Audi will not honor the warranty for anything remotely related to top speed operation.
