doubtful. my guess is that it will be like the old C5 A6 and B5 S4
though the 2.7t in that A6 wasn't tuned differently than the engine in the S4, whereas the new one has 30 less hp.

Yes they most definitely will be.
I spoke to the Audi Product Planning Executive again last week and they said that the 3.2L is being gradually phased out. Notice how the Q5 is not available with it. The detuned 3.0L TFSI engine like the one in the PI A6 will be handed over to the B8 A4 when it is facelifted in 2012/13.
