If they aren't visible, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think the bumper pieces are made of anything that will rust, so it shouldn't create any huge problem.

So, what do you guys think, the scratches are white cause they are fresh. They are maybe 1 millimeter deep.

Only thing I would suggest is to clean the scratches out and use some compound or wax just so that they aren't visible except on close inspection.

d , to replace the bumper,<- that's just my angry voice talking, but I know a replacement is never as good as the original fit and finish.
Ok, wax it is.

Get this stuff or something like it (you may need something that is a bit more abrasive).
<a href="http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/car+care/car+polishing/car+polishes/griot%27s+garage+fine+hand+polish.do?search=basic& keyword=hand+polish&sortby=newArrivals&page=1"><im g src="http://s7d4.scene7.com/is/image/GriotsGarage/11165?$detail$"></a>
Griot's Garage Fine Hand Polish
Also, since it's on the underside (a low-visibility area that is going to get pelted by road debris anyway), consider covering it/filling it in with a rattle can from these guys <a href="http://www.paintscratch.com/">Paintscratch.com.</a>

Is the rattle can, the pen paint brush???? Or is it literally a spray or the one that you brush on. I was looking at the website. And also, should I use clay too, or just the polish????
Thanks.
Thanks.

For small panels, and especially the underside where you won't really be able to see, this kind of rattle can is actually a fair solution. If you were so inclined, you could wet-sand between coats and get a finish that is nearly flawless. Don't forget the clear.
Don't bother with clay for this (though you will want it eventually) - the polish will remove most of the debris in the paint.
Get some paint prep solution, though - something to remove all wax/oil/contaminants from the paint.
Finally, remember that this area is both prone to scraping again, and is going to get sandblasted by road debris... so allow yourself to relax a little bit about the paint in this area.
