S4 /S5 Cabrio 3.0 T vs. S5 V8 Fuel Economy
The EPA web site was updated with 2010 fuel economy figures. The 3.0T S4 gets 18/28 with 7 speed S-Tronic and 18/27 with 6 speed manual. The S5 cabriolet is rated 17/26 with 7 speed. For comparison the V8 S5 is rated 16/24 with the Auto and 14/22 with the manual gearbox.

That's impressive! It pretty much answers the only real reason I had for not buying the S5.
I think the 3.0T is going to be a very successful motor for Audi, and I'm looking forward to test-driving a new S4.
