last time i saw an A5 convertible it had hello kitty sun shades...
last time i saw an S5 convertible it was driven by a cholo

i would agree that there is nothing feminine about an S5, but maybe on the a5, especially when it is white and covered in hello kitty sunshades *face palm

I say the darker the color the more "manly" it will look

I've been reading since its introduction that the California is a Ferrari that would appeal to females. Really? I do agree that color choice and, ultimately, the choice between the A and S could be a factor, but at the end of the day, unless you choose Bubble Gum Pink with ruffled seats, you'll be fine.

Thanks for the pic, drscho. Looks sweet. I think we might go that route as well. Just got the word this morning that our car is finally here!!!!!!

P.S. I'm a woman, but this is a fun car that my husband and I will share. I wanted white and he wanted black, for what it's worth. He won since he had to give up on getting a manual transmission.

Well girls like my s5 cab if that's what you mean.

I don't think the male motorcyclist that almost spilled over rubbernecking it 130km/hr thought it was girly.

Or the guy that stood staring at in the parking lot with a smile on his face.

Or the 4 teenage guys waving right of way at the 4 way stop to see it pass.

My wife drives her Q5; for her the S5 is too fast.
