I've seen Sports Diff mentioned a few times on here now but its never mentioned in any for sale ads here in the UK?? Was it an option here in the Uk??

Good Question. I'm not sure so I may have spoken too soon for you. But if it is an option there in the UK, please get it. It makes such a huge difference in the handling.
I have the ADS as well, and that's nothing special really.

As far as I know, the way the FSI motor is set up with the blow by gases, you cannot prevent the carbon build up. Addative like SeaFoam or products like it don't help. I've heard a catch can not helping as well.
ADS is the Audi Drive Select, for Comfort, Auto, Dynamic or Individual. Changes the steering feel, the shift points on automatic transmissions etc. It's cool maybe on an AT, but not an MT, just my .02.
