I can see the obvious difference in the headrests but are there other differences? Deeper bolstering? Adjustable thigh support? Lumbar? Ventilated seats? Material? I've searched and read a number of posts but this was still not clear.
Can someone help?

The A5 with S-Line package does has perforated holes in the alcantara section of the seat. I've never seen that before.

A5 has std. leather seating surfaces, which means the side bolsters are vinyl. Optional is Milano leather, which is not the more luxurious Napa leather. While both leathers are semi-aniline, Milano uses cows as the raw material while Napa uses sheep.
S5 only gets the Napa.

I have ordered a S5, but I would prefer not getting Nappa due to the difficulty in maintainance.
You can easily get cut and scratch marks on them, and they show wear only after 1/2 year.
Anyone here agrees?
