Secured lease yesterday on '09 S5 for 5.74% and 60% residual. Best I could find!

Default Secured lease yesterday on '09 S5 for 5.74% and 60% residual. Best I could find!

Used lease compare. I am not planning on keeping the car beyond the three year lease, so the higher the residual the better, even if unrealistically high!

That's a good deal! Did you have to get Audi Care for the 60% residual?

No money down. Audi Care only increases the residual when going through Audi Financial Services; With lease compare, which was through some bank (Have not found out which one yet) you do not get the increase RV with AC. So the 60% is all by itself. My dealer is throwing in Audi Care though as a token of my 9 month wait.

So, for 36 mos, 15k/yr, 0 cap cost reduction my payment is about $940 plus tax per month for $59,360 car. I do not think that is too bad!

I don't think 60% @ 3 years is unrealistic on these cars at all.
