Yes it's actually quite a bit darker than Sprint Blue, and it has a purple pearlescent effect to it that the camera doesn't see. Everyone who's seen pictures and then seen the actual car has been surprised but thinks it looks even better

Here's a picture of a friend's Sprint Blue S5 Cab and my Sepang Blue S5 Cab - they were getting quite a few comments while parked alongside each other!

You're right... the car is awesome and perfect in every way. I love mine as well. Thanks for sharing!
Likewise, I didn't go looking for a blue car, but when I saw this colour I rapidly changed my mind (my last car was a white BMW), so had it down on my order immediately and I'm so glad I did. It even looks great on gloomy British days as well as in the sunshine.

I see the difference now! What's maddening is the fact that your mirrors fold out of the way. The USA cars don't have that anymore. Do you have adaptive headlamps? We don't have those either.

Here folding mirrors is an option; I don't have it on all of the time, but both of these cars live in central London, and this is a pretty wide car by our standards; because of that it's pretty much a necessity.

I have Adaptive Lights on my car, I've only had the car for a week now so am yet to actually see them turn, I'm looking forward to it...

to clarify, the mirrors are power folding, right?

I had a 2008 3series cabriolet and that car had the adaptive lights. I LOVED it. I live on a dark street and I could see my way turning into my driveway. I hoped for a comfortable car but that wasn't the case. I sold it after 3 weeks. the car had the folding mirrors too now that I think about it.

Your car is really beautiful. Enjoy!!

Yes yes, they fold up when you lock the car, and unfold when you unlock it.

Or they can fold by swizzling the door mirror switch on the drivers door.

Or via MMI

Or you can leave them out, but not wise in London or one day you might find them missing!

Pretty! Looks like Sprint or Aruba. How does it differ from each?

Significantly darker than both.

It's a funny colour because when you look at it, the panel facing you looks a Sprint Blue colour, very light, but then the parts of the car furthest away are almost dark purple, I wish I could capture it better, and will soon get a friend who's a good photographer to take some shots of it.
