Working on the conversion now. Many different options on how to do it. If you have a non s-line car...like i do. As well as it being a 2.0 the most affordable way is to buy a non s-line 3.2L rear valance which would give you a single tip on each side. Otherwise to achieve quad exhaust you must purchase an s5 rear bumper and valance to acquire this.

This PDF chart from AWE pretty much explains all the possibilities.

Well - i have a 2.0 Cabriolet non s-line and that comes standard with the dual exhausts. So - if you can get your hands on a used 2.0 cabriolet exhaust and rear valence (i can imagine that the exhaust would be too expensive from the dealer) you can have the dual exhaust with the stock look and sound - if thats what youre after.

I'm in the process of researching the same thing. I know you can do it through a couple companies. AWE has a couple options, Milltek is currently developing their system, and Stasis has it available as well.
If you just want dual exhaust, one on each side, you can do it with the regular 3.2 valance or the s-line 3.2 valance. Unfortunately the S-line valance just costs about twice as much. If you want quads, you have to get the s5 valance.
I'm most likely going to go with the dual stasis system with the s-line valance, as my car has the s-line package and I'd like to maintain that look. It will be a dual exhaust with 3.5 inch stainless steel tips.
Hope that helped clear things up a bit.
