Thanks, Huey52. Good call on the rubber mats. The dealership is replacing my windshield as well. Makes me concerned since you had a similar issue and it had nothing to do with the windshield.

The next time it rained after my windshield was replaced there was still water on my rubber floor mats when I came out of work. I went right to the dealership to show them.

They then sent the car to their bodyshop where the sunroof was removed and the weld repaired. They broke a bolt when replacing the sunroof which I later discovered when opening/closing same. I went to another dealership at that point and all has been well since.

Hopefully they are correct in your case, "Trust but verify."
