Special Edition S5 or loaded Black Prestige S5?

Special Edition S5 or loaded Black Prestige S5?
I am debating. I put down a deposit on a 2012 black prestige - loaded with sticker of just under 67k but can't decide if I should go with a Secial Edition instead
They are about $50 per month apart on a lease. I am not sure about the two tone interior on the Special Edition. The interior on the SE is otherwise a bit nicer but not too much of a difference difference.
Going to decide to decide on Monday. What does everyone think??
