My engine and all 4 wheels fell out/off at the very same moment. Otherwise I had absolutely no problems (13k miles)

Yes, but you can't judge the quality of lug nuts and motor mounts that weren't provided. However, you can imagine of what high quality they would be made, had they been provided, based on the rest of the car.
