This is going to be a stupid question, but I have seen it answered either way, so I am going to ask it here.

Ordered a Prestige 2011 S5 Cab. Does it come with the iPod cable, or is this an extra expense (I see it lists for $65 as an aftermarket part!)

According to my sales guy, the iPod cable is included standard, but you would need to purchase the other cables (USB and Aux) separately.

the ipod cable should come with the car in the compartment. I've seen dealers take it out of one car and put it in others when the vehicle is sold and the ipod cable is missing cause they did it with me.

plus u bought a prestige. After all that money you've spent on the upgrades and the ipod cable is not included, they must of went nuts or they are really pulling your legs.

If you have the AMI option, it comes with the car.

Was included in my Prestige. The sales guy even opened it and connected my iPod for me.

Can you buy an extension for the iPod connector. Would make it easier to connect and disconnect. Current setup in the A6 is a little more awkward.

I-Pod cable was included with my S5 Cab Prestige package. Have the salesman hook it up for you as well.

S5 should come standard with the connector. Make a stink and get them to throw some other goodies if they don't have it connected when you get it.
