LOL. I drove the Z06 and its a fast car but poorly built and it only has two seats and besides I already have an older 6 speed Vette with a 500+ HP solid cammed stroker motor. I'm looking for something with a back seat so the littles can ride with me. My 135i fits the bill and is plenty fast with the chipped motor but it's a little tight in the back and plus its a lease and it goes back in two months. I never lease cars but I have to say I had fun leasing this one because it's not mine .

I'm going to test drive an S5 Convertible and see what I think. I'll probably end up keeping the R8 for a while. I just broke it out after a long winter and when people start taking pictures of it with their cell phones while driving, you know you have a special machine.

Any interest I ever had in trying a Vette went out the window when I saw one of the Top Gear guys gently push in the rear of the car. The thing pushed it and out like a shrinkwrapped package of meat in the grocery store. Flimsy car.

+1 I definately concur. If you are looking for something to replace an R8 and the 135i and has 4 seats. This would be my choice as well.

I drive an R8 and my wife has an S5 Cabriolet. I would never trade my R8 for my wife'car as far as the driving is concerned. Hers is fun especially with the top down in the summer. But compared to the R8, it feels like driving a big boat!
