you get AMI with Nav pkg only in US. guessing it will be a stand-alone add on later.

Yes, cd changer in dash, and a wire for ipod included in glove box.

Default To add to AMI. The cable cost is 35 Euro from Audi, so most likely around $50 USD
It is fantastic when connected. I am using the iPod Touch and it is flawless. All Playlists display on the MMI screen and center cluster LCD. Very well done. Nice if cable was included but I guess Audi wants to leave options for the customer for USB/iPod/mini-plug
