The entire install was perfect until I began to cut wires to get the power. I tried two 5 AMP wires -- one for rain sensor and one for convience electronics and both are not switched fuses! I would never have guesed the rain sensor wasn't switched. Before I go tap a 3rd what is a good 5 AMP (10 max) fuse I can tap that will be switched in one of the easier to access fuse slots (first 2 from the driver). Using a T-tap connection FWIW.
TIA

Used my daughters cheese spreaders from her little princess set to get it in there. One wedged between the pillar and the glass and the other to push the cord in. PIA, but in there perfect and I know its not coming out!

curve at the end and the tool is very stout - also less than a buck at any bike shop. I am sure you already know, but use the outer most connection on the fuse tap, the one close to the spads does nothing
