They replaced my Pirelli tires with Continental's. They don't track as well as the Pireli's but they were an improvement.

I took my car back last Monday and told them I continue to feel the vibration at certain speeds they haven't called me back with a proposal or solution.

I am wondering if what I am feeling now is from the servotronic steering mechanism, its vibration tempo is similar to what you feel at very low speed parking maneuvers.
