Volcano red has an orange tone?

Saw a photo of volcano red that looks like "cherry" and liked it. But most show a orange tone.
First pic looks darker. Im sure is the light... but is tough to appreciate the colors in pictures.. dealers around have no volcano reds and Im deciding on the color.

Color preference is totally a matter of personal taste. When I was shopping recently for an A6 TDI there was a Volcano Red Allroad in the showroom. I loved the color and yes, it's not cherry red or fire engine red, it has a subtle flame orange tone. It is not, however, orange. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the color on an A6. So count me as one vote for Volcano Red. You won't see a lot of other cars with a color like it.
