Default Agreed, but in the past I have found that if you break in too gently

the engine never learns to breath properly. My break in routine consists of avoiding hard acceleration and running for long periods at high revs. Instead I like to accelerate moderately up the rev range (though not to red line), from time to time. I also try to vary my running speed so that the engine is not running at the same revs for extended periods of time either. Basically just take the engine through its rev range without punishing it. As the miles rack up, I gradually start being more aggressive.

Default S5 seats are more comfortable even without all the adjustments.

Agreed about the TPMS - a big disappointment.

Default Actually I find the S5 with TIP has better gearing for the highway and gives better gas mileage

than A8

Default makes no sense

if you want to get together and drive my car to compare let me know, I am near BH off beverly glen.
I will say that a number of things were very different when I first got in the car, that it took me almost a month to get used to how the car handles, the ride, etc. I wonder if you are just going through the same stuff. anyhow, your call, let me know if you want to take mine for a spin - its a stick.

Default First 100 to 200 miles I tip-toe, then I drive much like you suggest. Gentle applications

of power throughout the range with only short forays to the higher rpms. Harder and harder as you approach 1000 or 1500, but no full bore hard charging until past the break in period.

Plastic spacers placed in the springs during shipping. To be removed during PDI.
