Default What suspension mods compatible with ADS?

Friends, I am looking to tighten the suspension on my '09 S5. It has ADS. I was looking into the Stasis Ohlin setup but the site cautions that "any active dampening control from Ausi will not be compatible." I do not want to give up that feature. So are there any other options that would work? I am not looking to lower the car (snow 5 mo a year), but want to create a better balance and responsive suspension. Would I be best off getting the Alu Kreuz and sway bars vs. shocks/springs/coilovers? Am a bit new to this. Much obliged.
Or, is the improvement for the SL package worth giving up the damper adjustibility? I know that is a personal thing but if it is that good....
David

Excellent question, I have an 2010 S5 with ADS and looked at the H&R OE Sport Springs. I am thinking of asking the folks at the local dealer but I can see them as being ver "anti-mods" if you know what I mean.

Maybe time to shop for a different dealer or aftermarket shop. Good luck.

KW HAS adjustable spring kit #25310075. I have it installed on my 2012 with ADS, retains stock dampers so you can lower to taste (within range) and keep ADS.

Lowered car almost immediately and changed wheels so it iis hard for me to compare to stock. I would say ride is equal to or slightly better than stock. With car lowered and wider tires handing feels improved, not a dramatic change, like oh my god though. I am planning on changing sway bars and adding alu kreuz which will "tighten" things up further.

Understood. The "lowering" part concerns me. Do not want an S5 snow plow. What is the minimum lowering setting?
I too have thought about the Alu Kreuz and sways.
You still on 19"'s?

20x10 HRE with 265/30R20

Range:
Front Lowering: 0.6" to 1.8"
Rear Lowering: 0.6" to 1.6"

My car is max in front with rear set tiny bit higher.

Very handsome. Aggressive without being offensive.
Enjoy
