Easy Entry

(Driver's side instructions omitted; see the doc mentioned above)Optional: To allow operations when passenger door is opened / closed:
  • 36 - Seat Adjustment Drivers Side
  • Long Coding
  • Change Easy_Entry_veh_ksv to Active
  • Change Easy_Entry_veh_ee to Active
  • Press and hold green check mark to accept

I am not sure exactly what actions will occur if I do these settings for the passenger side, on a 2019 S5 Prestige, B9 level.
  1. Does the passenger seat have its own memory setting for the preferred position?
    • That is, if a passenger sets the Pass. seat to their liking, is this remembered, just as the driver's seat preferred position is remembered?
    • If it is remembered, is it specific to the key that was was used to gain entry to the car?
    • If it is not remembered, then does it use the passenger seat position that was in effect when the car was turned off?
  2. Do both seats move to/from Easy Entry/preferred position independently?
    • Or does each seat move only when it's corresponding door is opened/closed?
  3. Does the passenger seat move when only the passenger enters/exits the car while the engine is still running?
    • Or is the Easy Entry function on the passenger side disabled when the engine is not shut off?
Thanks to anyone, especially those that have enabled the passenger side Easy Entry function, for any replies!
I helped create a lot of the items in the doc but this one was added after. I went into obd11 today and found the items attached in the pic below. I tried to make the change but it wouldn’t accept it. Seems like it’s for a 2 door car and I have a RS sportback.

Started messing with my new OBDeleven yesterday on my 2019 s5....installed the “g meter” gauge, and it shows up, but never registers any movement. Anyone have this issue?

S5 does not have the required hardware to utilize the G-Meter.

Yep, OBDEleven says it will work on an S5, but it won’t due to missing sensors 🥲

You should be able to do this without any coding?

And it only works while standing behind the car.

Anyhow, if anyone else would like to do it it’s as follows:

Sunroof Module CA (can’t remember if it’s adaptations or long coding)
Power sunroof control module- convenience function
Comfort closing of sunshade- changed to “not active”
Maybe someone knows how to make the same change on A4 B9?

I wish I could figure out what the part is to retrofit the G meter.
