They are releasing a next generation ODB Eleven model soon (10 days) that I expect will support IOS devices.

I didn't want to wait so I bought an Amazon fire tablet for $50 and sideloaded the google play store to get the ODBeleven app to work.

And do I just buy the standard unit or i have to get the pro version with activation.
yep, what Nikon said, I’m an iPhone user as well, but asked a friend if I could have his old Note 3 or 4...which he gave me. Not an Android fan, but works ok for this one application. It will be nice when they release the iOS version but know that the current dongle will not support it and will require a new one.

I just heard from the makers of OBD, regarding the iOS version:

thank you for the question. After positive internal testing results of iOS version, we decided to implement more functions into the software and reschedule the iOS release to the middle of Q2.”

Interesting that they teased the release of the next gen version yesterday on social media with a countdown: http://bit.ly/2YworbQ

Maybe just a cruel April fools joke for those holding out for IOS functionality.

What app do i have to download to do easy programming with the obd 11.
And for a 19 s5 sportback w led headlights, does the setting to keep the low beams on w high beams actually do anything? I feel like my lows and highs are naturally on together

Default Reduce volume of parking sensor beeping

Anyone know whether it is possible to reduce the volume of the audible beeps from the parking sensors? Because of tight parking conditions where I store the vehicle, the parking sensors are in a constant full tone beep from the time I pull into the space until I completely pull out. I also have to pull relatively close to other objects regularly during low speed maneuvering and these send the parking sensors into panic-mode.

There is a setting in the MMI permitting the volume to be set lower-ish but not to disable it. Anyone know whether something can be modified via OBD11 to change the tone volume to something tolerable?
