Is there a cost effective way to get another key for my 2012 Audi S5 Cabriolet?

By way of example, I see eBay offers for the physical key/fob, but what about the cutting and/or programming?

Options?

Cutting and programming must be done by an Audi dealer. This is to prevent bad guys from cutting and programming fake FOB's so they can use it on your car. Audi dealers need to register any new key FOBs with a central Audi server.
