So I am looking for a winter wheel/tire combo for my 2018 RS5 with the factory 20 inch option. First off let me say this will NOT be my daily driver in the winter. I am only looking for a winter weather combo just for really dry cold days in Colorado and getting stuck out in a quick moving storm that might drop some snow. I have a winter beater that I will drive any days that it is bad. I travel a couple of times back and forth from my home in Colorado to my home in Texas. I usually watch the weather and have the freedom to wait out any storms. With all that being said. I am looking at this replica wheel I found on eBay. How does this spec look compared to the factory oem! I believe the offset on the OE wheel is 26 and this rep wheel looks to be 35. How much is 9 mm when it comes to clearance? I am not really good and comparing the two. Any help would be appreciated.
Are you saying that Tire Rack will sell you a package wheel/winter tire set up for your RS5? They tell me they do not have a wheel for the B9 RS5 as they haven't had one available to "measure".

tires are from tire rack. Wheels are on eBay. I am asking if they will fit
20x9 et 35 is not low enough offset, you will need to run like 20mm spacers.
great. Thanks. Stil shopping around. I would prefer to find wheels that will fit perfect without spacers. I am not in a huge hurry I have my beater Subaru Outback to drive in the snow.
Its definitely worth it to get wheels that don't need spacers so you are on the right track
I thought the stock wheels were 9.5 et 25, but they are 9 wide et 24-26
20x9 et 25 is a pretty standard size so you should have lots of options, up to you on the style. If you want the wheels to sit flush you are going to need to find and even lower offset or wider wheel.
***** those are some expensive tires. Any thoughts on downsizing to 19" if you went with 265/35-19 Blizzak LM-32 it would save $100 per tire.
FWIW I had the Michelin PA-4 on my B8 S4 and it was nothing special, actually I'd rated lowest of all winter performance tire I've ever owned (Dunlop M3, 3D, Continental TS830) Perhaps they were "best in the dry" but why buy winter tires for their dry performance. My 2¢
