Damn nice man! Replacement of the shifter pretty easy?
It was literally the as quick as an install can get.
I slipped an old debit card in the slit between the aluminum shifter body and the leather oem shifter cover on the left side. Then I slipped a panel popper under the card (a butter knife will work too) angled the popper up and the leather shift cap popped up. Did the same in the right and the oe cover came off.
The new one clips right in place. Total install time, 30 seconds! :-)
Hi Breed, did u try installing this in your A5/S5 B9 ? on the Ebay compatibility option it states:
"This part is not compatible with 2018 Audi A5 Sportback Premium Plus Hatchback 4-Door 2.0L 1984CC 121Cu. In. l4 GAS DOHC Turbocharged."
( but its compatible with 2018 A4/S4, I would assume the A5 shares the same shifter ? )

I have it installed on my B9 2018 S5 Sportback. Check above for pictures.
Most of these newer Audi's share the same shifter, do it'll practically fit all of them.
