I just took delivery of an '18 S5 and want to get the full update but don't see an option on Audi online. Where can I find the page to download everything to HD/SD card? Thanks.

Audi, in its ultimate wisdom, has stopped posting the Whole GPS update on-line. You now can download “regional” updates, via your in-car MMI, based on where you are, and that’s if your “free updates” haven’t expired (5 free updates whether you download them or not). Your other option - buy the update license from an Audi dealer.

As far as the “how” of map updates in countries other than the USA, my only suggestion is to contact your local regional Audi office in your respective countries for how they implement map updates or your local Audi dealers.

The map policies likely vary significantly between countries. As John said best bet contact the dealer. Having said that, a free solution is to pull up Google maps or WAZE (if available in France) on the phone and display on the MMI, let the Audi map show in the VCD. Advantage - Google maps, or WAZE is contemporaneous it will show current traffic, accidents etc. If your car has headup display the turns from the Audi map will show on the windscreen.
