If I remember correctly, at least in NA the semi-annual release dates of NA map updates are in weeks 22 and 45(?) of each year. so w45y20 would be the week of 11-Nov-2020 (2020/2021 map), and w22y21 would be the week of 31-May-2021 (2021 map)

That makes sense as I’m sure VAG runs the same back-end server for all the various products in their family of cars, especially with what Bruce posted about the commonality between VW & Audi.

Filename:2020_2021 Map Update NAR Region.7z
Size:10.1gb (10,909,420,977 bytes)
File Tests good/complete after download.
So, our 2020 Q5-e is MIB-2. Can use it in her car?
And this is ALL North American Regions, right? They only allowed me to download 4-5 regions "over the air".

I believe that the process described in step 12 of post #1 in this thread expects the current version of the two files and two folders to be in the "root" of the SD card file system, and probably no other files or folders on the card. The archive that MH62 kindly supplied has an intervening folder between the actual root and the anticipated root (see the red-circled item in the attached graphic). This might cause the process to fail.
I am in the process of uploading to my OneDrive a version of MH62's archive without the intervening folder, which I will make available to all. It's also in ZIP 2.0 format which is industry standard and should be easily unpacked by anyone. Because the upload is going very slowly despite my high-speed cable modem connection, I'll drop a note in this thread with the link later when it's uploaded and available.

A note of caution first ...
