Yes, first two are the A4 e-tron (Sportback)...not sure if there will also be a sedan version. And the rest of the pictures are the A5 (Sportback only).
I'm surprised to see the A4 e-tron looking like the more sportback and sporty offering out of the A4 and A5. Also strange that they are doing two sportbacks, although maybe the A4 will have a regular sedan 3 box shape and a liftback.
Based on the size and according to the article, it's the A4.
No, it is not the A4 e-tron. I read the Autoblog article, looked at the Autoblog photos, and it is obviously an A6 e-tron.
Autoblog don't seem to know much about Audi - their Bangle-Butt and turn-of-the-century 7 series (they probably meant the E65) treatment references gives that away. Probably never heard of Stefan Sielaff and the Kamm tail treatment he gave the original A7. Audi have made a vestigial hommage of the Kamm treatment with the A6 e-tron liftback, but Autoblog don't know any of that.
As an aside, Geely poached Sielaff from Bentley a year or two back.
The A6 e-tron is going into production later this year and the prototypes are nearing production ready. But the A4 e-tron is at least another year out, and it should have been obvious to Autoblog that there are no production body prototypes out in the wild yet. And when it first appears, it is unlikely to be at a public charging facility in California.
Autoblog in their excitement at their "scoop" didn't bother to fact check themselves. 15 minutes work for them. Or anyone else. No big deal, the B10 A5 was interesting.

For those in-the-know (like working at a dealer), in what quarter of 2024-2025 will we see a B10 (more specifically the equivalent of B9 S5 SB) in US/Canada.

I'm not in the know, but I can't see North America getting the B10 S5 until Q1/2 2025. Maybe European launch in the fall of this year?

A5/S5/RS5 will be the only ICE sedan model line for the B10, w/ the 4 model line being full electric, and the Sportback is effectively the only ICE B10 model coming to the US/Canada for the whole line (A5/S5/RS5) The A5 should hit as a '25 model this fall and the S/RS should show up as dealer orderable in the spring of '25 as a '26 model year w/ Aug-Sept delivery timeframe if nothing else changes. (All dates in the US/Canada)

The B10 hasn't even been revealed yet. Usually the A and S models get launched first, and then the RS model a year later. European delivery is also usually 6 months post launch to hit North American shores. I can't see us getting anything in 2024 (again, maybe European delivery in late 2024 but I'd bet 2025 calendar year delivery for NA for A and S models, and 2026 for the next RS).

A & S models for the B8 & B9 were a year apart in production (is on Audi's wiki) and then the RS models came a year after the S for both. For the B10 dates I'm just regurgitating what my guys that have not been to Inglostadt for training and are completely unaffiliated with the brand in any way have told me face to face over the last year. We should see the B10 official announcement this spring, and if it follows the B8/B9 cycle, then my dates would be a model year later for NA markets, but that's not what the unreliable source with no affiliation to the brand has said. I'm not expecting a US S/RS variant until MY '26, whenever it makes its way out.
