A5 S-Line with Adaptive Damping Suspension

This is not true. The tires that are on Audi models have specific Audi markings (AO or R01/R02),and are specifically developed and tested extensively to meet the ride/handling/braking/longevity required by the manufacturer. You can take an off the shelf tire and while it will look the same as the tire that has an AO marking, its internal construction, compound, and driving characteristics will be very different.
You'll definitely be happier with 18" wheels if the 19" ones are too rough.
Also wanted to reiterate that per the latest order guide, the adaptive damping suspension is no longer an option for the 2019 A4 and A5 — however it is standard on the A4 allroad, and the sport adaptive damping suspension is an option on the S4 and S5. If anyone has more recent information that contradicts the order guide, let me know.
