Default A5 sportback s-line sport seats

I just took delivery of a 2018 A5 Sportback Prestige s-line with ventilated seats. (1) Are the side bolsters adjustable in the front seats? If so, how? The owners' manual contains instructions for many variants, and it doesn't seem to answer my question. If there's a button or lever or something, I can't see it. In fact, do the bolsters change at all? (2) The sales material describes the seats as 12-way adjustable. Assuming up and down of the same adjustment counts as 2 of the 12 (which is a cheat), I see: front height up/down, back height up/down, forward/backward, back angle forward/backward. That makes 8. Are they counting lumbar more/less and lumbar up/down as the other 4? I also see the manual adjustment for the thigh support in/out; does that count? Have I missed something here?

No adjustment for the bolsters on the ventilated seats.
