Default Apple CarPlay Connect Question (I can't connect)
Anyone have some pointers on making Apple CarPlay work in the MMI?

I can't get my iPhone to connect* with a regular iPhone USB cable - is an Audi USB cable required to make it work?

*I have never come across a screen that says, "Activate CarPlay." Is there a way to 'force' it?

Also - on the iPhone 6, I have turned CarPlay on and attached the Audi MMI several times, taking care to CNX it before reattaching ..

Still No-Joy.

Still No-Joy.
Reset network settings on your phone. And restart the phone. It will work after that. Keep it unplugged from the car USB when you do this.

I had the same issue when I received my new S5 on the 23rd. Researched Apple forums.
