Audi Connect including traffic was completely down for me today (Dec 4). Anyone else having this problem? I've had sporadic issues in the past, but it was absolutely not working at all today.
Yes, same exact issue here. I spoke to Audi customer service today and they confirmed on the phone and with a followup email:

Audi was recently made aware of some concerns with the Gen 2 Prime subscription features you can utilize within your myAudi app and vehicle. We understand how frustrating service interruptions can be and are working with our partners to obtain a resolution. Please continue to try intermittently using your Connect services.

yep... they have been having issues since 4 DEC. they seem to fix it, then goes back to being internittent. it also depends on what backend server you hit and what you're trying to do on whether you get an error or not.
