year and model
premium plus or prestige
options you want on the car
credit score range
term of loan or lease you are looking at
For example, you could easily get a 2018 A5 Sportback Premium model with no options on a 48 month lease with no money down and an 800 fico score for well under $700 a month.
Edit: I see you beat me to it....

Are there any other dealers in your area and have you talked to them about maybe a better deal?
I am not an expert on leases, but you will find a lot depends on the selling price of the car, the money factor they are using for the lease and the residual amount at the end of the lease.

Well, there you go. It sounds like you have a motivated dealer and it really comes down to how you feel about the deal AND the car. I have always believed it is better to spend a little more (assuming it is in the budget) and get exactly what you want rather than getting something else just because it is a better "deal".

This is exactly what the dealer wants you to focus on.
You have to know the money factor (= interest rate) and the residual at the end of the lease. Residuals for these cars appear to be much higher than the anticipated market value at the end of the lease (over 60% resid, Audis generally hold ~ 55% after 2-3 yrs), so these leases are not objectively "a good deal".
However, if you are okay with actually paying more for the benefits of a lease, go ahead and just focus on the monthly payment.....
PS -- benefits being only wanting to keep the car 2-3 years, not drive it much, need to keep it stock and pristine, wanting a low monthly payment. If any of these are tradeoffs you are wavering on, the lease terms I've seen for A5/S5 have really not been good compared with financing.

I am a bit confused about the trade allowance ($1000) and rebate ($750).
What are they for because it does not look like you are actually trading anything. Also, I thought the Sportbacks were not eligible for any rebates/

Looks to be about a 7.5% discount from MSRP before any rebates, that is pretty good as there is really only 6% in the car. I would not put any money down on a lease as you really don't get it back anywhere.
