thanks, this one salesman has always been pretty good to me and im pretty happy to get it under 700 without anything down: it would be 650 in an ideal world but what can you do

You can search to learn more, but I'm not sure OP is thinking about the right things if just focused on the monthly payment.
This is exactly what the dealer wants you to focus on.
You have to know the money factor (= interest rate) and the residual at the end of the lease. Residuals for these cars appear to be much higher than the anticipated market value at the end of the lease (over 60% resid, Audis generally hold ~ 55% after 2-3 yrs), so these leases are not objectively "a good deal".
However, if you are okay with actually paying more for the benefits of a lease, go ahead and just focus on the monthly payment.....
PS -- benefits being only wanting to keep the car 2-3 years, not drive it much, need to keep it stock and pristine, wanting a low monthly payment. If any of these are tradeoffs you are wavering on, the lease terms I've seen for A5/S5 have really not been good compared with financing.
