All,
I have selected the option in the MMI to enable windows to open with a long press on the remote.
I've reset the MMI several times - and the feature still doesn't work.
Anyone have same issue or suggestion?

By default, this feature only works when you are close to the car (which is odd). Confirming this does not work when you are next to your car - or just from a long distance? There is an OBD11 setting that allows for the longer distance to be enabled, which I have done and works well on my car.

LOL!
I confirmed that I can open the trunk, with a long press- but alas, I cannot open the windows by holding down the unlock button on the remote.
Conversely, I cannot close them if I leave the windows open, when pressing the lock button on the remote.
I'm jinxed!

I think the long press to close windows (via lock button) should always be available - the MMI setting should just be for the 'open' windows option, so that should work no matter what. You can also do the convenience close via touching and holding the sensor on the outside of the door handle, so I am curious if that works for you.

Fantastic question...
Just checked - comfort close works with a long press on the sensor.
Comfort close does NOT work with the remote, as I mentioned.
Very odd!!!!

I had the same issue on my A5. The windows would not open using the remote key button. The dealer couldn’t get it to work either. When I got home I reset the auto up/down feature by pressing and holding each window button on the driver door until the window was all of the way down and holding for an additional 2 seconds, and then raising and holding each button until the window was all the way up and holding for an additional 2 seconds. This seemed to fix the issue. The remote feature for opening/closing the windows has worked for me ever since I reset the windows.
