Have been considering these two colors. Seems like there are more and more Daytona on the road but it is a beautiful color with depth. The Ara blue is newer and I would have to drive a few hours to get a look at one before ordering. Has any one seen the Ara blue in person? Opinions? I know it is not a stock color for the S5.
The downside is the added waiting time, an extra 8 weeks to the process I did AE w/ my allroad (sepang blue) --- placed the order in July and took delivery in March. The S5 I ordered is Daytona Gray and should be delivered sometime late July.

Yes, I have seen Ara (on an S4). Nice colour, but doesn't have the depth that you get with Daytona (but then that depth is what makes Daytona a bit special).
If you are going Exclusive, Audi do have a lot of really good blues to choose from. Nogaro and Kingfisher are also ones to look at if you like Ara.
Is there an approved list of Audi exclusive colors to choose from?
This is from Audi.de. --- but stop by the dealer and they have catalogues with actual samples... you have to see them under the light to have a proper understanding as some of the colors are really special and come full force live (specially pearl and mica effect).
Navarra Blue is a unique color and will get attention. When I pulled up to an Audi dealer recently, the S5 Sportback yanked my attention from every other car on the lot, looked amazing. It made a new car look even newer, if that makes any sense. It seems as though it's the "new" color amongst German cars this year. I am starting to see more and more Mercedes vehicles on the road in their version of this color. I have a Daytona Gray in the garage now, and recently had the matte version, Gray is always a great looking (and safe) route.
