Default Error code help!!!U101400 - Control module incorrectly coded

Hi I have not been able to solve this problem. I really need some help here. I think this is what is causing the Audi connect only able to check the Vehicle Status Report after a minute of turning the car off and locked it. After that, it will not work. I didn't change anything with Telematics Communication Unit. I don't understand how it happened? I think the problem may have been trying to change AC/Max to Ac/Eco. I noticed that the Air circulation unit where the climate control ***** were blinking when I changed it. It returned to normal when I reversed the coding.

75 Telematics Communication Unit System description: ConBox Software number: 4K1035283C Software version: 0233 Hardware number: 4K1035283B Hardware version: H09 Serial number: 005CCA12F12058507501 ODX name: EV_ConBoxAU651 ODX version: 002004 Long coding: 01C020FE4040800000 Trouble codes: U101400 - Control module incorrectly coded Intermittent

I've had error code U101400 being reported before I made any OBDEleven changes to my car and never made any changes to the Telematics module 75 so it's unlikely related to the MyAudi app issues.

This seems more comforting. However, when I enabled Nav panning while vehicle in motion, I had to restart the MMI too, so I don’t know if that did anything to anything. Doesn’t Telematics Communication module deal with any wifi, SOS calls and anything to with network? I wonder if when the car isn’t on (with or without the engine running), it somehow won’t stay on in the background to update the vehicle status? I also see Gateway error codes, and something about Databus missing message.

Does OBD11 keep a history of things changed? If so see if you can go back all the way to default settings in the reverse sequence.

it does keep a history. However, when I reversed all the settings that I changed, nothing was corrected. These errors were not from what I changed. This is really frustrating.

So I went to the service dept yesterday. They spent more than two hours trying to figure out what is wrong. They took me to the garage to talk to the technician explaining him what is wrong with Audi Connect. They scanned the car and they could not find any error codes. I was glad and disappointed at the same time. They said they are following up with Audi Connect to see what the next steps are. I told them my guess is the Telematics module that is giving me the trouble. They said it’s possible. So nothing was done to the car since they couldn’t figure out what to do yet. At least, I know that my coding had nothing to do with the issue. Maybe it was just a coincidence.

have you had any closure on the passive error on the 75 CU module? I’m having the same, but I also can't access my car remotely any more. I could for 2 weeks then it just stopped working completely. I can still receive data of all types but can not remotely access.
