After doing my 1st oil change using an oil extractor, I don't know why anyone would even bother using the drain plug. It's just so much more work...

Thanks for posting this video. I actually had that exact oil extractor saved in my amazon wish list but I was concerned that the tube wouldn't be long enough to reach. After watching the video, looks like there is plenty of length.

I did and it really made me chuckle. And, I agree with you 1,000% percent. Life is too short to get crazy about small things. Thanks for the reality check.
