Good morning,
I have a 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet quattro b9 and I have a sound problem, the bass is terribly shattering, in the green menu I have deactivated the loudness but it cannot be memorized! when I turn on the car becomes as before! does anyone know how i can turn off loudness in green menu or via vcds?

I'm not sure what this loudness setting does, but you can should be able to adjust the bass, subwoofer and speed compensated volume settings in MMI audio controls if you have a B&O system. I think the Audi sound system is similar but without the subwoofer level control.

Which button did you use to disable the loudness? Was it the big control wheel?

unfortunately in the standard stereo (not B&O) in the MMI there is no possibility to adjust the subwoofer😱
I have to adjust the bass to zero to listen to the music otherwise it is impossible to listen, but the quality is very bad with this setting!
My system MIB2 MHI2Q

Production -> rcc_prod -> audio_prod -> soundtuning_prod -> loudness_prod -> loudness◻️

I know where it is. I want to know with which button you get disabled the green square. Filled in green square = Loudness active. Non filled in green square = Loudness disabled.
So my question is which button did you used to switch from filled in to non filled in? That is important to help you - maybe.
