Damn hate to see that and hope you are well. The car can get fixed but its awful when its brand new like yours and parts may be scarce due to Harvey but hopefully it will all work out for you. Good luck.

Oh Geez. Glad you are alright. Looks like rear frame damage? I was hit by another car in april and the whole thing was caught on my dashcam. It doesn't take much for insurance company to total a car nowadays. Sorry to hear..

Ouch ... that is terrible. Similar spec to my S5 SB so extra eerie to see the photos; it also looks like you are in Ontario (GTA?) Hope you and the occupants are OK!

Oh man, that makes me sick just seeing the pictures. I am so sorry to hear it, but glad to hear you are OK at least. I really hope a miracle happens and they total it, but just a glance of the pictures and knowing that it is somewhere around a $60K+ vehicle, I think it is going to be a stretch to come up with $50K worth of repairs to put it back to "new" condition. If they don't want to total it, I would definatly be looking into how to add diminished value as part of the claim, because that is going to affect the value when it comes time to sell/trade the car.
